Applesauce, Packers, and Bears...OH MY!

Our day started out with some crazy third graders coming down to give us a spelling lesson!  They tried to teach us how to spell "PACKERS!"

Thankfully I had one kindernoodle that was on my side and had his Bears gear on!!!

During our morning group time, I called students over to help make applesauce!  They helped to peel and cut the apples to put in the crockpot.   We used safety knives when cutting up our apples and the children enjoyed the fine motor practice!

Mixing up our applesauce with water, sugar, and red hot candies!

Today we brought out our book boxes and read with a buddy! The kids did a great job reading and looking at books together!

Our math lesson today was on comparing two groups of objects and using the words more and less to describe them.

We ended our day by going outside and spreading seeds like Johnny Appleseed!  Of course, we didn't spread apple seeds, but grass seed!  The kids had a fun time!
